Since 2004, AIM has supported the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Canadian Defense Ministry, France Ministry of Defense, and other national defense agencies, executing millions of dollars in prime and subcontract work.

Known for our ability to rapidly respond to contingency situations, we often work in the most hostile environments in support of our troops. Our defense experience includes work throughout the Middle East, Southwest/ Southcentral Asia, and Africa; however, AIM is able to support work almost anywhere in the world. We leverage our personnel’s global experience and our worldwide network of partners, suppliers, and travel and shipping agents to standup operations in new territories and locations.

When advancing into new regions, AIM conducts boots-on-the-ground security and resource assessments and investigates local/national laws and regulations, enhancing our ability to successfully commence operations and ensure the safety and security of our personnel and equipment. We meet with local vendors and political officers as part of our good neighbor policy. To provide accurate and complete project pricing, we identify locally available supplies, raw materials, and equipment. We talk to local leaders and business owners to assess the capabilities and skillsets of the local labor pool and interview potential candidates, allowing us to develop a logical staffing approach.
